Asian Chicken Salad Wraps with Rice

So these wraps are pretty tasty, for the kids I had them eat the chicken filling over the rice and the lettuce cut up, you could also easily make it into a salad salad but I look fancier it looks more exotic like a wrap!  For the chicken filling you boil the amount of chicken breast you need, shred it into a fry pan add soy sauce, agave, a little bit of ketchup ha we have a favorite condiment, garlic fresh or powder and then I have a sweet chile sauce that we use a lot I think I got it from an Asian market I hope I never run out of it because I don't know where I would replace it, anyway you mix it all together and I heated it just a little so that the flavors mix together it is kind of a teriyaki flavor but you don't want to cook it too much, add diced water chesnuts(as thin as your fam likes) then to top it off I put in some cilantro, I also ended up eating fresh non saucey cilantro on top of my wrap. You take your mixture and put in on a lettuce leaf, I had romaine hearts that is why mine is silly looking and was imposible to roll is oblong, if you get the head of leafy romaine they are more plyable, if you are going for nutrition probably stay away from iceberg because it is mostly just water and not too much nutrition. Also if you have kiddos you could also put it onto a tortilla or something I guess. Then the rice is white rice, because well I am married to a South American, and it was a nice touch to the teriyaki!
