The Idea

Ok so as stated we are trying to try out more healthy choices for dinners, we are going to do other meals too but I will mostly just be blogging dinners. I am trying to cut out cheese (mostly just for The husband and myself) sugar, bad fats, and cook fresher meals. I will still be using condiments and what not because like I stated this is not a weight loss program just trying to be a little more on the healthy side. I do have a cupboard of shame cupboard that I will keep unhealthy items (example: barbecue sauces(as these are full of high fructose corn syrup sugar), lemonade (don't worry the powder kind not the frozen concentrate), sugar, and what not that I will allow myself to take from a few times a week, I will get back to that rule after I see how hard eating healthy really is. As a note as well we will probably go out to eat once and a while and I will blog that, that is really the point of the blog I guess to be a sort of food diary. Anyway onto the first night.

  1. I try to eat healthy, but I usually give up after like a day. Hope you can do better than me :)
